Welcome to our On-Line Shopping! Over the past 50+ years, we've seen a lot of changes in the way we do business. Today Corwin Churchill Appliance can offer U.S. customers a fast, easy way to order a variety of items.

(Note: On-Line Shopping available in continental US only and shippable to US addresses only.


CREDIT CARDS
Your card number and information is encrypted for your security. We do not store any of your credit card information. All credit card information is processed and stored by PayPal. We do not charge your credit card until we are ready to ship your order.

PURCHASE ORDERS
Government entities, agencies and businesses may qualify for open account credit terms. Please call us if you do not already have an account name and number. Please call our credit department to set up an account or simply call us with your order. 1-701-223-1173 (US only).

WARRANTIES
All parts, accessories and products come with a manufacturer's warranty. (Check with us or at the manufacturer's web site for details.) All items for warranty must be returned to us prepaid. Please call, email or fax us for details and an RSA number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Corwin Churchill Appliance always maintains a very customer friendly return policy. Please review the following guidelines and policies. Our Goal: 100% Customer Satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product purchased from Corwin Churchill Appliance's On-Line Web Store, you may return it within the applicable time frame by following the guidelines below.

If you have any other questions, please call us at 701-223-1173 during store hours. We will insure that you are ultimately 100% satisfied with your purchase.

General Return Notes and Policies:

  • In the event of a return, you must contact customer service to receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). You may do this by selecting the Returns link in the Information sidebox on any page or by CLICKING HERE.
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise if your product is damaged or does not meet your needs.
  • After signing for and accepting your merchandise, you are responsible for all damage claims.
  • Corwin Churchill Appliance reserves the right to refuse all returns.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Returned products will not be accepted unless they are in brand new condition with all packaging, product literature, and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which you received them.
  • Shipping and handling charges to and from our store are not refundable.
  • We do not accept returns on air conditioners and some specially ordered products due to customer error.
  • Please be sure to read all specifications regarding merchandise before purchase and call us with any questions or concerns prior to placing your order.
INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES
All items, prices and terms listed are for US purchasers only. Please contact us for pricing and shipments outside of the US.
