Shipping & Returns

We will ship your order as soon as we can. We'll notify you by email when your order is ready. Many items are in stock, but some items are special order. We'll use the best means possible to get your order to you on time.

If you have any special shipping requirements or suggestions, please let us know.

LOCAL PICKUP OR DELIVERY
There is no shipping charge if you would like to pick up your order at our store. We'll notify you when it is ready for pickup.

We'll deliver your order for a small flat charge in the local area or Free Delivery if your order is over $50 and in the local area. Based on stock availability, we'll arrange a delivery time.

 

Any item over 50 lbs must be shipped via Fedex Freight. Do not select any other option except for qualified FREE local deliveries. Call us at 701-223-1173 or use the Contact Form if you have any questions on larger items.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Corwin Churchill Appliance always maintains a very customer friendly return policy. Please review the following guidelines and policies. Our Goal: 100% Customer Satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product purchased from Corwin Churchill Appliance's On-Line Web Store, you may return it within the applicable time frame by following the guidelines below.

General Return Notes and Policies:

  • In the event of a return, you must contact customer service to receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Use the Returns link in the Information sidebox on any page or CLICK HERE.
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise if your product is damaged or does not meet your needs.
  • After signing for and accepting your merchandise, you are responsible for all damage claims.
  • Corwin Churchill Appliance reserves the right to refuse all returns.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Returned products will not be accepted unless they are in brand new condition with all packaging, product literature, and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which you received them.
  • Shipping and handling charges to and from our store are not refundable.
  • We do not accept returns on air conditioners and some specially ordered products due to customer error.
  • Please be sure to read all specifications regarding merchandise before purchase and call us with any questions or concerns prior to placing your order.

All items, prices and terms listed are for US purchasers only. Please contact us for pricing and shipments outside of the US.
